In August 2009 in Vladivostok (Primorsky Territory) a racist attack on a native of Kyrgyzstan was committed on Kalinin Street. The man was severely beaten by five Nazi skinheads. Luckily he succeeded survive.
The attack became known in December 2010 from news about taking the case to court.
