In Khimki, the case of posting a “Manual on Street Terrorism” on the Internet was brought to court.

On September 1, 2009, the Khimki city prosecutor's office (Moscow region) approved an indictment in a criminal case under part 1 of article 282 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (incitement of national hatred or enmity committed publicly or with the use of the media) against 22-year-old Elena Druzhinina (Druzhinina), posted in February 2008 on the Internet blog "a manual on street terror".

The case was sent to the Khimki city court for consideration on the merits. The accused is under bail.
