Swastikas on a building in Sarapul
On August 20, 2009, in Sarapul (Republic of Udmurtia), several graffiti were painted on one of the buildings on Gagarin Street, including an image of a swastika.
A criminal case was initiated under Part 1 of Art. 214 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (vandalism). Two suspected youths have been arrested.
The investigation did not reveal the motive of hatred in their actions.
