Preliminary hearings have begun in Moscow in the case of four more people from the Ryno-Skachevsky gang

On September 7, 2009, preliminary hearings began in the case of four more people from the "Ryno-Skachevsky gang" in the Moscow City Court .

The investigation established that from January to March 2007, the defendants committed 2 murders and 2 attempted murders in Moscow, causing grievous bodily harm to citizens of non-Slavic appearance. The crimes were committed in different composition together with Artur Ryno and Pavel Skachevsky.

The defendants are charged under Part 2 of Art. 105 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (murder of two or more persons by an organized group, out of hooligan motives, motivated by national and racial hatred and enmity), Part 3 of Art. 30, part 2, art. 105 (attempted murder of two or more persons by an organized group, out of hooligan motives, motivated by national and racial hatred and enmity), par. "a, c" part 2 of Art. 282 (inciting hatred or enmity committed with the use of violence by an organized group).
