Attack on anarchist environmentalists in St. Petersburg

On September 4, 2009, in St. Petersburg, a group of ultra-right football fans attacked environmental anarchists who were painting over a swastika on the street.

Environmentalists were returning from the court, where they were brought for holding an unauthorized picket against the import of nuclear waste. Fans were sitting in one of the bars and saw how young people along the way painted over a swastika on the wall of the house.

At first there were four attackers, then about 10 more people joined them. The number of victims is unknown.
