Swastika in Lipetsk region

In early September 2009 in Lipetsk in the 23rd microdistrict on the walls of residential buildings on the street. Stakhanov and Vodopyanov, on the building of the electrical substation on the street. Stakhanov unknown drew a swastika and wrote "We are back."

The author of the message points out that this is not the first case that occurred in the Lipetsk region in 2009. Earlier in Yelets, a monument to Lenin on the central square of the city was desecrated.

So far, no one has been held accountable by law enforcement officers.
