In Moscow, the court dismissed proceedings in the case of recognizing several books by the Vityaz publishing house as extremist materials

On September 17, 2009, the Timiryazevsky District Court of Moscow decided to terminate the proceedings on the recognition of several books of the Vityaz publishing house as extremist materials in connection with the rejection of the claim by the prosecutor's office.
