In Saratov, the director of a store that sold discs with Nazi symbols was fined

In mid-September 2009, the Oktyabrsky District Court of Saratov fined the director of the Polygraphist Plus LLC bookstore 2,000 rubles for selling Skinheads CDs with Nazi symbols depicted on them.

Prosecutors found three "Skinheads" discs during an inspection of compliance with the Federal Law "On counteracting extremist activity" in a bookstore located in the Oktyabrsky district of the city on Chernyshevsky Street.

An administrative offense case was initiated against the director of the LLC under Part 2 of Art. 20.3 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation (manufacture, sale, acquisition for the purpose of selling Nazi paraphernalia or symbols or paraphernalia or symbols confusingly similar to Nazi paraphernalia or symbols, aimed at their propaganda). The materials were sent for consideration to the court.

Also, the prosecutor's office of the district LLC "Polygraphist Plus" submitted a proposal to eliminate violations of the current legislation.
