Trial of nationalists in Moscow

In early October 2009, it became known that a trial was underway over Nazi skinheads who attacked a young man who refused to listen to "Nazi music" , as well as visitors and participants in a fireworks party.

A 19-year-old boy and a girl and a 25-year-old young man are charged with Art. 213 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (hooliganism), Art. 112 (intentional infliction of moderate bodily harm), art. 115 (intentional infliction of minor bodily harm) and art. Article 116 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (beatings).
