On October 8, 2009, the Magistrate's Court of Precinct No. 3 in Petrozavodsk fined a KAMAZ driver 500 rubles on whose car a fascist swastika was painted in black paint.
Residents of the city of Belomorsk in August 2009 reported to law enforcement agencies that they were driving around the city in a KAMAZ, on the cover of the air intake of which a Nazi swastika was applied with black paint. It was found that the car was driven by a driver who arrived on a business trip and works for one of the Petrozavodsk individual entrepreneurs.
The prosecutor of the Belomorsky district initiated an administrative offense case against the driver under part 1 of article 20.3 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation (propaganda and public demonstration of Nazi paraphernalia or symbols or paraphernalia).
