The case of Dmitry Isusov was returned to the prosecutor's office

On October 16, 2009, the city court of Arzamas returned to the prosecutor's office the criminal case against Dmitry Isusov, charged under Part 2 of Art. 282.2 (participation in the activities of an extremist organization).

The court found errors in the spelling of the names of the accused and the investigator in the case file. In addition, the National Bolshevik Party was named the National Bolshevik Party.
