On October 27, 2009, it became known that an armband with a fascist swastika was on sale in Murmansk in the Raritet store on Samoilova Street.
The prosecutor's office of the Oktyabrsky district of Murmansk initiated an administrative offense case under Part 1 of Article 20.3 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation (propaganda and public demonstration of Nazi paraphernalia or symbols or paraphernalia).
