On November 9, 2009, the Perovsky District Court of Moscow ruled conviction of two Muscovites who killed a native of the Caucasus.
When exactly the attack took place, unfortunately, is unknown. At one of the Moscow shops, shouting racist slogans, at three men Caucasian appearance was attacked by Nazi skinheads (at least three people). two of them managed to escape, and the third was knocked down and severely beaten with legs and beer bottles. The man died from his injuries.
Two people were convicted in the case, who were charged charge under part 4 of article 111 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (causing grievous bodily harm, motivated by hatred, resulting in the death of the victim).
One of them, M., was sentenced to 7 years in a strict regime prison. What was the punishment for the second the accused, A., is unknown.
March 22, 2010 Moscow City Court the verdict was approved.
