In Samara, the site is recognized as extremist

On November 10, 2009, the Samara District Court of Samara, having considered the submission of the regional prosecutor, recognized the site "AkShalom" as extremist. The site is registered in the USA.

The site was revealed by the prosecutor's office of the region during the monitoring in the Internet together with the Federal Security Service of the Russian Federation for the Samara region. According to the results of psycholinguistic research conducted by scientists from the Samara State University, the site contains calls for extremist activities.

On July 2, 2009, the regional prosecutor sent a corresponding submission to the Samara District Court of Samara. The court satisfied the requirements of the regional prosecutor in full. The court decision has not yet entered into force.
