On November 17, 2009, it became known that a 13-year-old teenager was detained in Zelenodolsk (Tatarstan) for posting neo-Nazi video files on the VKontakte social network.
Video files titled "SS Races at the Tank Range", "Remembrance Day of Rudolf Hess", "Special Training of the Slavic Union", "Brothers of the Caucasus" and others appeared on the net in May 2009. Several examinations and studies have been carried out in order to establish the address of the network user. As a result, a schoolboy was identified who had files found in his computer.
The initiation of a criminal case against the teenager was refused, because at the time of the crime he had not reached the age of majority. His parents were brought to administrative responsibility "for malicious failure to fulfill their duties in raising their son."
