In Ivanovo, the court pronounced a verdict under Art. 282

On November 13, 2009, the Frunzensky District Court of Ivanovo passed a guilty verdict in the case of IGASU student Ilya Anisimov, accused under Part 1 of Art. 282 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (inciting hatred or enmity) for distributing videos of the Format 18 studio on the Internet.

I. Anisimov, born in 1991, was found guilty and sentenced to 100 hours of compulsory labor.

The verdict of the court has not entered into force.
