On December 8, 2009, it became known that the prosecutor's office of the Ordzhonikidzevsky district of Ufa approved the indictment in the case of beating a citizen of the Republic of Chad. The case was taken to court.
The case involves three young people aged 18, 17 and 15, accused under paragraph "b" part 2 of Art. 116 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (beatings inflicted on the motive of racial hatred).
During the investigation, the attackers admitted that they belonged to the White Power group, and the corresponding chevrons and stripes were confiscated from their homes. All the defendants reported the fact of the attack on the Internet.
A forensic psychiatric examination was carried out against the accused, all of them showed signs of a personality disorder, but they were found to be sane.
In February 2010, the justice of the peace of the Ordzhonikidzevsky district of Ufa convicted the attackers.
