In Lipetsk, materials from two Internet sites are recognized as extremist

The Sovetsky District Court of the city of Lipetsk satisfied the claims of the Prosecutor of the Sovetsky District on the recognition of extremist materials from the Internet sites "Combat 18 Adolf Hitler's combat group" and "Break the System's Big Game". On December 8, 2009, the court decision entered into force.

These materials contain "calls for hostile action based on racial and religious animosity" and were made available to all netizens. The text "Combat 18 Adolf Hitler's battle group", "promoted fascist views and approved of hostile actions towards the authorities" . And the text of the site "Big game" Break the system "declared " the preferential rights of the Russian population in relation to other nationalities or immigrants, contained insulting expressions addressed to them " .

A judicial historical-philological-linguistic examination was carried out, according to which the materials of both sites are "extremist" .

The prosecutor's office of the region, on the basis of a court decision, sent information to the Russian Ministry of Justice for inclusion in the federal list of extremist materials .

Recall that the criminal case under Art. 280 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (public calls for extremist activities) and Art. 282 (inciting hatred or enmity) on the discovery of the site of the Internet project "Big Game" was initiated in Lipetsk in the fall of 2009. The materials were handed over to the Prosecutor's Office of the Soviet District.
