On December 7, it became known that the prosecutor's office of the Leninsky district of Kirov conducted a check on the fact of distribution by A. Dobrovolsky on November 25, 2008 in the premises of the Palace of Culture named after. Tsiolkovsky brochure "Magi". According to an expert study by the Vladimir Forensic Laboratory, the text of the brochure contains statements aimed at inciting hatred and enmity on the grounds of nationality, religion, and membership in a social group. The author promotes the superiority of paganism and the inferiority of Judaism and Christianity, as well as the people who profess these religions.
Based on the results of the check, the district prosecutor sent a submission to the court on the recognition of A. Dobrovolsky's brochure "Magi" as extremist material. The submission is currently under review.
