The court fined the editor-in-chief of Russkaya Pravda

On December 14, 2009, the Lyublinsky District Court of Moscow sentenced Anatoly Bragin, editor-in-chief of the All-Slavic Publishing Group Russkaya Pravda.

Bragin was fined 450 thousand rubles.

Recall that he is charged under paragraph "b" part 2 of Art. 282 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (incitement of hatred or enmity by a person using his official position) for the publication of the book by M. K. Volkov "Why do people not like the Jewish mafia?". The experts acknowledged that it contained calls for inciting ethnic hatred.

The book by M. K. Volkov was withdrawn from the publishing house.
