On December 24, 2009, in St. Petersburg, in the entrance of residential building 9 on the Admiralteisky Canal embankment, residents found racist slogans, swastikas and Nazi symbols on the walls of the second floor. Similar inscriptions appeared on the wall at the entrance.
The doors of several apartments were covered with paint. On one of the steps of the stairs was written in Persian the word "Muhammad".
The residents filed a complaint with the police and informed the district police officer. As of December 24, 2009, none of the law enforcement officers appeared at the scene.
