Series of attacks in Penza

At the end of 2009, several attacks on foreign citizens were registered in different districts of Penza. Unfortunately, there is no exact information about the victims and the nature of the attacks, but it is known that this series of attacks has already been qualified by law enforcement agencies as a hate crime.

During the investigation, a group of 8 people was detained.
