Three years for four stab wounds

December 28, 2009 Gagarinsky the district court of Moscow passed a guilty verdict on Dmitry Yelenin (born 1991) and Dmitry Ludanov (born 1989), attacked who April 2009 on a native of Central Asia.

The crime they committed was qualified under Part 2 of Article 213 (hooliganism committed by a group of persons by prior agreement on the motive hate); pp. "a, b" part 2 of article 115 (intentional infliction of minor bodily harm, committed out of hooligan motives for hate motive).

D. Yelenin was sentenced to 3 years in prison punishment in a penal colony.

The exact sentence for D. Ludanov is unknown, but it is known that, firstly, it is connected with deprivation of liberty, and secondly, that Ludanov, by the time of the sentence had an unexpunged conviction.

D. Yelenin tried to challenge the verdict in the Moscow City Court, but on 21 April 2010, the appeal was rejected and the verdict came into force.
