In Petrozavodsk, a neo-Nazi was convicted under Art. 282 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation

In December 2009, the Petrozavodsk City Court issued a guilty verdict under Part 1 of Art. 282 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (incitement to hatred or enmity committed in public) against Timur Shuttiev, who posted xenophobic videos on the Internet in March 2009.

Unfortunately, we do not know what punishment was given to the accused.

The verdict became known from the news about the court verdict handed down in another case against T. Shuttiev on May 17, 2010.
