On December 31, 2009, Rinat Akhtyamov, imam-hatib of the mosque in the city of Kamenka (Penza region), announced that the conflict with the administration of Serdobsk colony No. 6 had been settled. The confiscated religious literature was returned to the Muslim prisoners.
