Distributor of leaflets in Zlatoust detained

On January 20, 2010, the press service of the Central Internal Affairs Directorate of the Chelyabinsk region reported that a 34-year-old resident of Chelyabinsk was detained in Zlatoust (Chelyabinsk region) for distributing xenophobic leaflets and the newspaper Nasha Russkaya Pravda-2 from January 7 to 19, 2010.

On the fact of the distribution of leaflets and newspapers in the city of Zlatoust, the Investigative Committee of the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation for the Chelyabinsk Region initiated a criminal case under Part 2 of Art. 280 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (public calls for the implementation of extremist activities), part 1 of Art. 282 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (incitement of national hatred).

During a personal search, 129 copies of the newspaper and 100 leaflets were seized from a 34-year-old resident of Chelyabinsk. A printing house was established, in which office equipment, 4 copies of the newspaper, accounting documentation and an agreement for the production of circulation were seized during the search.

The bulletin "Nasha Russkaya Pravda", printed on behalf of the mythical "Army of Russian Resistance" is an 8-page color publication containing, judging by photocopies and responses on the Internet, a number of articles critical of the modern political regime, as well as xenophobic articles (primarily - anti-Semitic) content, reprinted from the Internet.

The detainee assures that he was distributing the leaflets alone, but this statement is questionable by the police officers.

Recall that in mid-January 2010 in Zlatoust, leaflets appeared on many entrances with calls to sign up for the "punitive brigades of the" Russian Liberation Army "", and leaflets with swastikas appeared in the mailboxes.
