Commenting on the situation with him, the head of the colony, Gurban Eminov, said: “During the planned search, Zyalmakh Kodzoev was rude and disobeyed the employees, for which he was placed in a punishment cell. But he did not calm down there either, during the search in the cell he showed physical resistance. : bending the convict's hands behind his back, he was locked in a cell. No special equipment was used in this case. All materials on this fact were transferred to the prosecutor's office, an audit is now underway. "
The public monitoring commission that visited the colony also did not confirm the facts of discrimination.
