Earlier, the city prosecutor sent an application for the recognition of this poem as extremist material in accordance with Article 13 of the Federal Law "On counteracting extremist activity."
At the initiative of the city prosecutor's office, a comprehensive study of the text was carried out, according to which it was found that it "contains signs of extremism." The text mentions the names of specific individuals (Abramovich, Gaidar, Chubais) and calls for their inclusion in the "lists" with an emphasis on "inciting hatred or enmity against specific individuals . " In the final part of the poem, in an open form, there is a call "do not get tired of fighting with enemies - At the expense of traitors!" .
According to the conclusions of the expert sociologist, this text is aimed at "inciting social, national hatred and are a way to encourage the commission of extremist acts; contain calls to commit crimes based on political, ideological, racial, national hatred or enmity" .
