Penalty for swastikas on the Rodnover website

On February 2, 2010, the justice of the peace of court district No. 12 of the Pervomaisky district of Vladivostok found citizen L. guilty under Part 1 of Art. 20.3 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation (propaganda and public display of Nazi paraphernalia or symbols or paraphernalia or symbols confusingly similar to Nazi paraphernalia or symbols) and sentenced him to a fine of 500 rubles.

During the prosecutor's check, it was found that on the Internet, on the website of the Seaside community of Rodnovers "Shield of Simargl", "Nazi symbols, as well as symbols confusingly similar to Nazi ones" are posted. An administrative offense case was initiated against L., who posted Nazi symbols on the website of the organization
