In Kirov, the brochure "Magi" is recognized as extremist

On February 9, 2010, the Kirov Regional Court upheld the decision of the Leninsky District Court of Kirov in the case of recognizing Aleksey Dobrovolsky (Dobroslav)'s booklet "Magi" as extremist. On December 24, 2009, the Leninsky District Court of Kirov declared the brochure extremist. The decision of the court entered into force.

According to the conclusion of the examination, in the brochure "the author propagates the superiority of paganism and its supporters over inferior, in his opinion, Judaism and Christianity" .

Recall that 7 books by Dobroslav have already been recognized as extremist materials and included in the Federal List of Extremist Materials . And the trial against Dobrovolsky in the case of distribution by him on November 25, 2008 at the lecture "The Healing Powers of Mother Nature" of the brochures "Magi" began in Kirov on January 14, 2010. Dobroolsky is charged under Part 1 of Art. 282 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (inciting hatred or enmity).
