A. Dobrovolsky's brochure "The Magi" is recognized as extremist

The Kirov Regional Court ruled that there were signs of extremism in Aleksey Dobrovolsky's brochure "Magi". Let us recall that the first hearing in the case of A. Dobrovolsky took place on January 14, 2010.

The court found it established that the pamphlet of Dobrovolsky's Volkhva contained signs of extremism. "Literature was recognized as extremist, confiscated and subject to destruction," the prosecutor's office said in a statement.

The experts concluded that "the text of the brochure contains statements aimed at inciting hatred and enmity towards a group of people on the grounds of nationality, attitude to religion, as well as belonging to a social group. Thus, the author promotes the superiority of paganism and its supporters over the inferior, in his opinion, Judaism and Christianity. The pamphlet contains negative statements about believing Christians, contributing to the formation of hatred and enmity in the reader towards persons professing this religion."

On December 24, 2009, the Leninsky District Court of Kirov already recognized the brochure as extremist. This decision was left unchanged and entered into force.
