The Moscow government has allocated funds for the restoration of churches

On February 16, Deputy Mayor of Moscow Sergey Baidakov announced the intention of the Moscow government to allocate budgetary funds for the restoration of places of worship: "These are Christian churches, and mosques, and prayer houses. The Mayor of Moscow has repeatedly stressed that harmony between different nationalities and religions in the city is our main achievement. And here we make no distinction. We support all faiths."

During 2010 it is planned to restore more than 20 temple buildings.

Recall that in previous years, the Moscow government also allocated money for the restoration of churches.
