On February 16, the Vladimir Arbitration Court satisfied three lawsuits filed by the Department of Property and Land Relations (DISO) of the Administration of the Vladimir Region against the communities of the Russian Orthodox Autonomous Church (ROAC). By court decision, 3 churches are confiscated from the ROAC: St. Ephraim the Syrian in the village of Omutskoe, St. George the Victorious in the village of Krapivye and St. Archangel Michael in the village of Ivanovskoye, Suzdal district, Vladimir region.
The plaintiff's representatives failed to provide the court with title documents proving the ownership of the Vladimir Region on the disputed property.
Earlier it was reported about the satisfaction of one claim of DIZO.
Recall that in February 2009, were confiscated 13 churches from the ROAC, 3 of which were transferred to the ROC.
