Dmitry Isusov was sentenced
On March 3, 2010, the city court of Arzamas issued a guilty verdict in the case of Dmitry Isusov under Part 2 of Article 282.2 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (participation in the activities of an extremist organization).
Isusov was sentenced to one year's suspended sentence with one year's probation.
The National Bolshevik intends to challenge the verdict. According to the defense, the prosecution was based on the testimony of an acquaintance of Isusov, who testified under pressure that Isusov had given him a leaflet of the banned NBP for distribution.
