The Moscow City Court rejected the Falun Dafa complaint

On February 16, 2010, the Moscow City Court upheld the decision of the Tverskoy District Court, which refused to satisfy the complaint of the NP Center for Spiritual and Physical Improvement of Falun Dafa against the refusal of the Ministry of Justice of the Russian Federation to remove from the List of extremist materials publications previously recognized as extremist by the Pervomaisky District Court of Krasnodar.

As a reminder, we do not consider it lawful to recognize Falun Dafa materials as extremist.
