In Voronezh, the case against a group of Nazi skinheads who beat up citizens of Kazakhstan was dropped

27 February 2010 in Voronezh in the court of the Zheleznodorozhny district in connection with the reconciliation parties, the criminal case initiated against young people from 16 under 21 suspected of assault on two citizens of Kazakhstan in April 2008 March 10, 2010 court decision entered into force.

By five young people were involved in the case, who were charged with subparagraphs “a”, “b” part 1 Art. 213 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (hooliganism committed with the use of objects used in as a weapon, motivated by national hatred)

Recall that the case was initiated on April 25, 2008 by the investigative department at the Department of Internal Affairs for Zheleznodorozhny district of the urban district - the city of Voronezh, hereinafter transferred to the SO for the Zheleznodorozhny district of the Voronezh department of the UPC RF.
