Racist graffiti in the Kurgan region

In early March 2010, anti-Caucasian and anti-Semitic graffiti appeared on the facade of a building under construction on Sverdlov Street in Shadrinsk (Kurgan Region).

In April 2010, Shadrinsky initiated a criminal case under Part 1 of Article 282 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (inciting national hatred or enmity committed in public).
