In Kirov, a case against the founders of the local branch of DPNI was brought to court

On March 24, 2010, in Kirov (Kirovskaya Oblast), a case was submitted to the court under paragraph "c" part 2 of Article 282 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (incitement of national hatred committed by an organized group) against Denis Tyukin, Ivan Mikheev and Alexander Tyufyakov. D. Tyukin and I. Mikheev were also charged under Part 1 of Art. 282.1 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (creation of an extremist community), and to A. Tyufyakov under Part 2 of Article 282.1 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (participation in an extremist community).

The investigation established that in 2007 Tyukin and Mikheev created the Kirov branch of the DPNI. Local Nazi skinheads were involved in the organization. The purpose of the organization, according to investigators, was to "incite hatred and enmity towards the current government and certain social groups, humiliate their dignity" .

The case was investigated by employees of the Investigative Committee of the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation for the Kirov Region.

Between 2007 and 2009, the defendants organized and held several pickets in the city of Kirov, where leaflets with "extremist content" were distributed .

Recall that in May 2006 the court passed a sentence on Ivan Mikheev, who became a participant in the pogrom at the punk concert of the Mausoleum group. On January 26, 2010, the court recognized the website of the Kirov branch of the Movement against Illegal Immigration (DPNI-Vyatka) as extremist, and in February 2010, the head of the Kirov branch of the DPNI, Denis Tyukin, was charged under Art. Part 1 Art. 282.1 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation and paragraph "c" part 2 of Art. 282 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation.
