On March 19, 2010, the suspect was charged .
During the preliminary investigation, the young man fully admitted his guilt in the crime, but he did not repent of his deed.
Recall that from September 2008 to August 2009, the defendant posted on his page on the VKontakte network photos " promoting fascist paraphernalia: swastikas, flags, German helmets from the Second World War ." In addition, he posted four videos with beatings of natives from Central Asia and the Caucasus.
The investigation collected a sufficient evidence base, approved the indictment.
