On April 2, 2010, it became known that the Investigative Department of the RF Investigative Committee for the Primorsky Territory completed the investigation of the criminal case against Igor Mironov, who attacked two foreign citizens of Kyrgyzstan in January 2010 Mironov in Vladivostok. The case with the approved indictment was sent to the court for consideration on the merits.
Mironov is charged with Part 4 of Art. 111 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (causing grievous bodily harm, negligently resulting in the death of the victim, committed for the motive of national hatred) and paragraph "b" part 2 pt. 115 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (deliberate infliction of harm to health, committed on the basis of national hatred).
