A book about the Chinese Communist Party is not recognized as extremist material

On April 6, 2010, the Oktyabrsky District Court of Yekaterinburg rejected the claim of the Sverdlovsk Transport Prosecutor's Office to recognize the book "Nine Commentaries on the Communist Party" published by followers of the spiritual practice "Falun Gong" as extremist material.

Recall, without actually challenging the authenticity of the facts set forth in the book, the prosecutor's office insisted that the book incites Russian hatred towards the Chinese, who are not followers of the spiritual practice "Falun Dafa" and support the Chinese government.

Let us remind you that in the Krasnodar Territory attempts are being made to recognize other Falun Dafa materials as extremist. Meanwhile, the Ministry of Justice refuses to remove materials from the list, in respect of which the decision to recognize them as extremist was canceled.
