Attack on a Kyrgyz citizen in the Moscow region

April 6, 2010 in the Moscow area on the road leading to the village of Volodino, Ramensky district, 20-year-old Sergei Lobkov and 19-year-old Kirill Vanin attacked a passerby, a citizen Kyrgyzstan.

The attackers caught up with the man and beat him while shouting racist insults. The victim managed to escape and run away, the attackers tried to catch up him, but they couldn't.

S. Lobkov and K. Vanin were convicted in August 2010.
