The court returned the case of Elena Rasskazova to the prosecutor's office

On April 5, 2010, the Tver Regional Court began preliminary hearings in the case of Elena Rasskazova, an activist of the Tverskoy RNU, accused of complicity in a racist murder.

The court decided to return the case to the prosecutor's office.

Let us recall that the case of the main part of the group was submitted to the court in the fall of 2009, and the case of E. Rasskazova was separated into a separate proceeding, because she was not detained along with the others.
