Nazi skinheads sentenced in Krasnodar

On April 5, 2010, the Sovetsky District Court of Krasnodar delivered a verdict in a criminal case against Nazi skinheads Vladislav Gmyria and Pavel Vetrov (both born in 1990) from the Pit Bull (Pit Bull) group.

The court sentenced both defendants to 6 years in a strict regime colony.

The defendants were found guilty under Parts 1 and 2 of Article 282.1 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (creation of an extremist community (Gmyrya) and participation in an extremist community (Vetrov)) and Part 3 of Article 111 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (intentional infliction of grievous bodily harm dangerous to human life) motivated by national hatred).

The verdict did not enter into force.

Recall that the Pit Bull grouping was created in February 2007 by Gmyr. It included Vetrov and "a number of other participants whose identities have not been established . " There were two episodes in the case. - The attack on E. Karagedyan in October 2008 and the attack in March 2009 on V. Miroshnichenko, mistaken for a "person of Caucasian nationality."
