In Vladivostok, a case of attack on Chinese citizens was brought to court

In March 2010, a senior investigator of the investigative unit of the Investigative Directorate at the Internal Affairs Directorate for Vladivostok sent a criminal case to court against five underage Nazi skinheads who beat three Chinese citizens in early 2009 (according to other sources, one of the victims is a citizen of the DPRK ) .

This will be the second attempt to consider this case - in the first case , it was returned to the prosecutor's office for additional investigation. Recall that at that time only one victim was listed in it, and there were three defendants. One of them was charged with committing a crime under Part 3 of Art. 30 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation and Part 1 of Art. 105 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (attempted murder).

Now five young people are charged under part 3 of article 111 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (intentional infliction of grievous bodily harm committed by a group of persons motivated by national hatred).

During the searches, notebooks, system blocks, flash memory, CDs, and files with swastikas were seized from teenagers. Clothing was also seized: tricolor scarves, berets, black jackets and knitted black hats.

During the attacks, the teenagers used knives and a carpenter's hammer; they inflicted blows indiscriminately on all parts of the bodies of the victims.

It is reported that all the accused studied in secondary and higher educational institutions, their fellow students knew that they "experience hatred and intolerance towards persons of other nationalities" .

The results of psychological and psychiatric examinations showed that the teenagers were "sane and at the time of the crimes were aware of the socially dangerous nature of their actions" .

During the course of the investigation, the two defendants began to actively cooperate with the investigation.
