Attack by racists on a suburban train

On March 28, 2010, natives of Uzbekistan and Tajikistan were beaten in one of the electric trains of the Kazan railway, following towards Moscow.

According to eyewitnesses, the attack was carried out by football fans. (On this day, the match of the 3rd round of the Russian Football Championship between the capital teams Spartak - Lokomotiv took place in Moscow.) Young people (many of whom, apparently, were not 18 years old) raided the cars, purposefully looked out for people of "Asian appearance" , beat them and pushed them out of the cars.

None of the men on the train tried to stand up for the victims. The police officers on duty also did not interfere in what was happening. Only one woman stood up for the beaten, and another passenger gave her handkerchief to the victims for dressing.

The exact number of victims of the actions of racist fans is unknown.
