The Moscow City Court rendered a verdict in the case of the "Ryno gang"

On April 8, 2010, the Moscow City Court issued another verdict in the case of a series of racist attacks and murders committed by a group of Nazi skinheads ("the Ryno gang"). The court did not increase the sentence for Artur Ryno and Pavel Skachevsky. (Earlier they were sentenced to 10 years in a strict regime colony). The third defendant in the case, Roman Kuzin, also previously convicted, was sentenced to 22 years in prison by the court.

The court made such a decision on the verdict of Ryno and Skachevsky, t.to. they committed the assault as minors, so the maximum sentence for them could be 10 years.

Recall that this trial began on March 9, 2010. The defendants were charged with Part 3 of Art. 30 st. 105 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (attempted murder), Article 282 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (incitement of national hatred). They were found guilty on three episodes: the attack on September 29, 2006 in Mytishchi on a man of Caucasian appearance Karen Gharibyan, the attack on January 22, 2007 on a guest worker from Uzbekistan Abidov, and the attack on March 9, 2007 on a Tajik citizen Bulaezov. On March 25, 2010, the jurors delivered their verdict .

Let us also remind you that on December 15, 2008, the Moscow City Court had already issued a verdict in the case of a series of nationalist attacks by the Ryno gang.
