The first - 32-year-old Timur Shutiev, who is the leader of a neo-Nazi group, was arrested in July 2009. He is charged under Art. 282 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (incitement of national hatred), Art. 213 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (hooliganism), Art. 111 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (intentional infliction of grievous bodily harm), art. 116 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (beatings). There are 5 other people on the case.
The second, 23-year-old Yevgeny Polozov, was arrested in November 2009. He is charged with parts 3 and 4. Article 111 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (intentional infliction of grievous bodily harm). Polozov tried to escape from the pre-trial detention center. He was declared insane by the doctors and transferred to the psychiatric department for examination.
The third - 19-year-old Nikita Bespalov - was detained on March 27, 2010, at the time of making an explosive device.
