In Lipetsk, an Internet site is recognized as extremist

On April 7, 2010, the Sovetsky District Court of Lipetsk recognized the site "Blood & Honor" ("Blood and Honor") as extremist. The site is registered in the USA. The court decision has not yet entered into force.

The website was discovered by officers of the FSB of Russia in the Lipetsk region. According to the conclusion of a forensic philological examination, the materials of the site "contain statements calling for hostile actions against a group of persons united on the basis of race and nationality; a person or a group of persons is negatively evaluated on the basis of nationality ...; a positive assessment is given of the hostile actions of one group persons in relation to another group of persons on the grounds of race" . The site also included links to the writings of leaders of the Nazi Party in Germany. The FSB materials were sent to the Prosecutor's Office of the Lipetsk Region.

Recall that in the winter of 2010, the Sovetsky District Court of the city of Lipetsk recognized as extremist the materials of the Internet sites "Combat 18 Adolf Hitler's combat group" and "The Big Game" Break the System ". The sites are included in the Federal List of Extremist Materials (p. 477, p. 479) .
