A black teenager was beaten in Udmurtia

On April 16, 2010, it became known that in the city of Glazov (Udmurtia) a group of minors, three of whom were previously registered with the police, beat up a black peer.

Judging by the report of the prosecutor's office of Udmurtia, the crime was committed no later than March 2010.

A criminal case was initiated under clause "b" part 2 of article 116 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (beatings inflicted on the grounds of national hatred).
